Complaints

You can send a complaint by email or by post. We confirm we’ve received it and reply in writing within 15 days.

Disputes

If we can’t settle a complaint between us, you can take it to an out-of-court dispute resolution body or to court.

For consumer disputes with an obrt, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts runs a Mediation Centre and a Court of Honour (Ilica 49/II, 10000 Zagreb; hok.hr). The European Commission lists the approved bodies in every EU country, Iceland and Norway at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. If you live in another EU country, Iceland or Norway, the European Consumer Centre there can help with a complaint about a trader abroad.

We haven’t committed to a particular dispute resolution body. If we can’t settle your complaint, our written answer names the body that can take the case and says whether we’ll take part.

Cancel a purchase

To cancel a credit purchase within 14 days, use Withdraw from contract here in Settings › Credits in the app. Our Terms explain how it works and include a form you can send instead.
